I want my money back!

I am so disappointed :(. How can this app not have an upload feature?! If it was free I wouldnt complain, because its a great concept, but if youre going to charge for an app that utilizes photos, add an upload feature! Ugh :(. I have twins for every penny counts and I just waisted 299 on this, not to mention my very limited "free" time.
