Just opened up my app after the latest update to add a new photo of my son and nothing is here!!! Its telling me to create a profile and the one I had already started weeks ago is GONE! For an app you have to PAY FOR you shouldnt be losing peoples photos and having this many issues. Horrible!

I had 5 months of photos saved on this from my newborn. The app updated and ALL THE PROFILES DISAPPEARED. All the photos of my baby. Just horrible.

The update broke it! I had over 3 months full, and after the update it forces you to start over!! ): Im still giving it four stars because of the previous awesomeness

Ive been using this for a few months and opened it today to take another photo - and ALL of the pictures had been deleted!! I did NOT do that myself. Im so sad. What a waste. And I lost ALL of those pictures, and cant get them back. Better to take pictures with your phone or other camera and know that you will keep them! Do not waste your money or time on this.

So upset to open the app and have all the photos of my baby since birth deleted due to the update.

Im so mad! Have been using this app for over a month and all of a sudden today it reset and doesnt have my girls profile anymore. Empty! All this time wasted every day! Ugh. Dont waste your money.

I have been using this for months and the update erased all my pictures! DELETING the app NOW!

Ive been taking pictures of my 3 kids for months and when I went in today to take their weekly picture everything was gone....all their pictures and their profiles. So disappointed. Wont be using it again. Dont waste your time because you too will be disappointed.

5 months long photos suddenly erased!

Months of photos of my two kids are gone. Not worth the time and literal heartache.

I was dumb enough to trust that the app wouldnt erase the photos Ive been taking of my newborn. I didnt save them elsewhere or back them up,...so now its all a little pointless. Two months of daily photos down the drain. Super disappointed.

You lost all of my photos of my baby!!! Seriously?! I am livid. Had I known you sucked I would have stored these elsewhere. It was a big mistake thinking this app might actually do what it said it would do.

I opened the app today to take a picture of my sons sweet face and all of my photos are gone!!!

If I could rate lower I would. Had four months of pictures, over 100 of them and then I went in after the update and everything is deleted. Do not waste your time.

Fellow reviewers- I was also dismayed by the seeming deletion of my photos after the recent update, but they arent lost! I went to the app website and sent a message to the developer, who kindly told me to make sure iCloud backup is turned on under settings, then restart the app. When I did, my photos were back. Yay! I love using this app to take a weekly photo of my three kiddos, and Ill continue to use it even after this minor glitch.

I also thought the same thing when the app updated itself. I thought my photos were lost. However the developer emailed me back within 24 hours and told me that I needed to turn on the iCloud under settings. Once I did that on my photos came back. Really do enjoy this app.

You create an app to store a timeline of photos. Then you update the app and months of photos are gone.

I had been slacking but decided to start again with the pictures. When I compared the new picture with the older ones I was disappointed to see the quality had gone down. it now had a pixelated picture instead of the high def picture. hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I too thought all my photos were lost. I turned on my iCloud and restarted the app -- my photos are now there. Thank you app developer for your timely response! :)

When I upgraded this app I lost ALL the photos for my 6 month old daughter. The app didnt back anything up to my photo album and now my weekly photos from birth to 6 months are gone! So sad!! I do not recommend this app.
